Image Usage Rights

All images provided by alphamodels.org are offered under a non-exclusive, perpetual license that allows both private and commercial use.
You may use the images in commercial products such as marketing materials, print media, digital publications, video productions, websites, and other creative projects.

You may not use the purchased images to create a similar or competitive website or any kind of service.

Please note that all ownership and copyright rights remain with alphamodels.org. The license grants you the right to use the images, but it does not transfer or assign any ownership. This is also in effect for images created for you for a so called custom set.

The images may not be resold, redistributed, or offered as standalone files, whether individually or as part of another image collection. They may, however, be included within larger creative works, designs, or media products where the image is not the main resalable item.

Purchased images must not be used to train artificial intelligence models, including checkpoints or Lora, or any other machine learning systems, except for those used solely for generating images or videos for personal, noncommercial use.
